Happy 30th Birthday Laura~Dec. 1

Can it really be 30 years ago?

So sweet... so shy!
Laura is passionate about her family, and about the two main loves of her life...
John and Janie!

She's a beautiful person inside and out, and we wish her the best year ever.
Love x3.

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a baby shower for Clint and Liz. The game was to put petroleum jelly on the end of your nose and try to pick up as many cotton balls as you could and blow them off your nose in a minute's time. It's harder than it sounds! Jenny was the winner.

Mary ~ do you have these of your grandparents? I don't have a date on them. We always marveled at this photo of G'ma because even for her advanced years, she hardly had any wrinkles.

You're a wonderful mother, Gammy, and friend. You have such a wonderful heart, and you're such a wonderful example. I praise God that you're my Mom. Love you - Laura

Janie Update

Jane Cara is home and is doing so much better tonight (Wed.). She gave us lots of smiles, and that's great to see. She is eating again and getting lots of rest. Still not 100%, but we will take it! Sweet Baby Girl! Thanks to everyone for your prayers and concern.

Prayer Request

Little Janie is at Medical City tonight for observation. After a visit to the ER on Sunday because she had been running a high fever, they determined she has a mild case of viral menengitis (NOT bacterial). She may be able to go home on Monday, and we are hoping that is so. She's so good, just has the best attitude about everything, and so happy, in spite of all the poking and prodding. As of late tonight, her fever was gone, she is eating well, and she seemed so much better. But she's so little and John and Laura and everyone would appreciate your prayers for her quick recovery. We love her so much. Nancy

A Point of Reference-1620 Thompson Dr.

See Kim's posting below. This is the house in Midwest City OK in the fifties when we lived there. It was built in 1950.

This was BB (before Billy). Selling Kool-aid for 1 cent.

Easter 1955.

This was the inside of the house. Billy had us all mesmerized.
Just thought it would be fun to compare the photos. Thanks for the post, Kim.

Childhood home

This is the house in Midwest City, Oklahoma, that the Morris children lived in for several years and the one Bill was born in. We drove by it last weekend. ~Kim

Hallooooooweeeeen!

We had a great time trick or treating in our neighborhood as always. Of course, the kids and I had a ball walking with all the other kids and getting treats.

More Halloween Fun!

Nathan and Abby carved pumpkins, went trick or treating, and toasted pumpkin seeds. We also watched It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
