Arnold and Viola's home sold for $125,000 with 14 acres to a young couple with two children who plan to restore the house. The rest of the acreage sold to a guy from Green Bay, WI, so $251,000 for the 43 acres plus house.

So I'm a pet parent and have to share pictures of my little one from time to time. :) I have a huge gap underneath my apartment door and so placed a towel on the floor to block some air, and Book has taken to playing with the towel. Nothing is off limits for him!
